Train from Belgrade to Bar

๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ชย ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ชย ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ช The journey from Belgrade to Bar is one of the most spectacular train journeys in Europe.ย It's a marvel of engineering, with 254 tunnels and 435 bridges on the 296-mile journey from the Serbian capital to the Adriatic coast,ย Construction of the line started in the 1950s but only completed in 1976, opened by President Tito himself. The central station in Belgrade is permanently closed on July 2018 and the trains are departing from Topcider. I had problem in finding Topcider station initially, took Tram No 4 to wrong direction. Braศ™ov

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ดย ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ดย ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ด I decided to skip Bucharest and head straight for Brasov. Brasov is considered the outdoor capital of Romania and can be a good base for Transylvania . Travelling with 1 year old baby makes travel planning very hard , so I decided to take it slow this time but still it was harder than I imagined. The flight to Bucharest from London was 4.5 hours. We took the train from Bucharest Nord at 17.45 . The train ride was supposed to be just over 2.5 hours but due an incident on…

North Ireland – Giant Causeway

๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡งย ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡งย ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง We left Derry in the morning toย Ballymoney . On the way we saw Dunluce castle. We reached Swansea around 12.30. It was a long walk of 2 mile to our hotel, South View Guest house. Though three adults and one child were supposed to fit comfortably , the room was really small and one double bed and another single bed were somehow cramped in. I did not realize that bathroom was shared either. The day was cloudy and windy with light rain at times. Others…
